Hallgarten Druitt at The Definitive Italian Tasting 2011
Two tables from Hallgarten Druitt aim to highlight the variety of terroir and microclimate that make Italy’s wines so exhilarating and unique. They cover Italy from top to toe and are packed with stunning wines from world class producers. From the North there are wines from legendary wine producers such as Carpene Malvolti, Eugenio Collavini, Cantina Tramin, Tedeschi, and Michele Chiarlo. While wines from Central and Southern Italy include a selection from four times IWSC Italian Winemaker of the Year John Matta, Cantina Bonacchi, Podere Vaglie and the brand new Luccarelli range from Terre di Sava in Puglia.
Building on the hugely successful launch of the Sollazzo range from Podere Vaglie in Umbria is Sollazzo Premio; a vibrant range of wines that retain the astounding price:quality ratio of Sollazzo while further developing the commercial proposition the original wines presented to the market.
The Definitive Italian Tasting will take place at Lords Cricket Ground on Tuesday June 28th (Trade Only).
